Project idea
A group of avid travelers designed Trip Planning Master. They wanted to free other travelers from planning hassles by providing intuitive tools for composing and managing future itineraries.
Target Audience
Initially, the project targeted the B2C market, i.e., individual and group travelers. Yet, the product showed lower-than-expected growth rates. The client decided to pivot the system toward the B2B market—travel agencies.
