MyPlace Connect helps increase customer value by turning guest Wi-Fi hotspots into a marketing machine. The system uses a combination of Ubiquiti UniFi hardware and MyPlace service to capture emails. A special Wi-Fi CRM helps increase customer retention and provide personalized offers.
Target audience
MyPlace Connect offers its product to hospitality businesses such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and bars. MyPlace Connect provides a fast and straightforward setup and various integrations, helping businesses increase visibility and customer loyalty and collect customer feedback.
