The solution supports integrated data storage. Users utilize Peakfactor as their organization’s knowledge base and archive. Peakfactor provides clear and intuitive file management (saves videos, photos, presentations, and other documents).
Address & Contact Management (CRM)
Businesses can manage all third-party contact information in a separate database. It’s possible to assign multiple addresses to a person and vice versa — person to addresses. The feature supports duplicate checks eliminating redundant records in the system.
Task Manager
Organizations can start projects and tasks and delegate them. With deadlines and reminders, it’s easy to keep projects on the right path. Integrate external users, connect, and assign tasks to projects — all in a single interface.
Groups
Users can create virtual workspaces for projects, committees, or departments and map existing teams in the system. An administrator can set user rights and execute role management for visible or invisible groups.
